EXPO INFORMATION

This year’s expo opportunities are three-fold! You may register as an exhibitor for:

The Festival, April 24-25 (expo days), downtown Fruita, limited to 30 exhibitors. FEE $375

The 18 Hrs of Fruita, May 1-2 (Friday evening/Saturday) at Highline Lake State Park just outside of Fruita, limited to 10 exhibitors and due to space restrictions (limited trailer space and electricity). FEE $175

Or choose both. FEE $500

You may pay by check with the attached application form or with a credit card online at www.active.com

Space is limited so please make your reservations early. Payment is due by April 10, 2009. For those needing additional space, please add $50 (Please advise us in advance of these needs). You may subtract $50 for those donating 10 items for prize drawings! A late fee of $25 will be added beginning April 11.

REFUND POLICY: Full refund if we are notified prior to April 2; 50% refund if we are notified April 3-15; NO refunds after April 15.

Both Expo grounds will be centrally located with refreshments, registration, and entertainment adjacent, guaranteeing traffic throughout the events. This is an opportunity to display your product, service, or event to over 1,000 of the Rocky Mountain region’s most avid cyclists.

Business License:

A Fruita business license is REQUIRED for all exhibitors who sell merchandise. This is mandatory and must be presented at set-up. The license is only $12.50 and can be downloaded (PDF) at http://www.fruita.org/cityhome.htm. (business license application).

The license is good for any special event in Fruita for the remainder of the year. 

Booth Information:

Each booth is a 10’ x 10’ space and includes an 8’ table and two chairs. Booth space will be assigned on first come, first served basis based on size. Electricity is available in Fruita but is extremely limited at Highline Lake State Park (please inform us in advance of this need for both locations). Each exhibitor will receive 2 complementary passes for all events (sorry-no comp entry’s to the 18 Hrs of Frisco)  

Booth Set Up:

Friday, May 1, 2-6 pm for the 18 Hrs of Fruita.
Thursday, April 23,
8 am - 10 am, for the Festival (sorry-no earlier as streets will not be closed until that morning)

Exhibition Hours:

18 Hrs of Fruita, 8 pm-1 am, Friday/Saturday and 10 am-7 pm, Saturday, May 1-2.  Festival, 10 am - 7 pm, Friday-Saturday, April 23-24.
You may choose to stay open longer as there will be a party each night
